The N-Allo Group was established in 1999 by ENGIE Electrabel (ENGIE Group) in close partnership with the mixed inter-municipal companies ahead of the liberalisation of the energy market in Belgium.

Takeover of Brucall

Since 2005 (and more specifically, since its takeover of Brucall) N-Allo has been able to expand the range of services it offers by running sales campaigns for a range of companies.

Building expertise

In 2010, N-Allo began investing heavily in building up and enhancing its expertise in new channels like social media, web applications and chat.

Quality certification

In 2011, N-Allo also became the first player on the Belgian market to be awarded European EN 15838 quality certification, an accolade which has cemented its position as contact centre offering a high level of added value.

European expansion

In 2013, the N-Allo Group expanded its European activities by opening a site in Wuppertal, Germany. Our EN 15838 certification was renewed in 2013 and 2015, which stands testament to the quality of the service provided by our Belgian and German sites.

New communication platform

N-Allo rolled out a new Interactive Intelligence communication platform in 2016 in a bid to offer an optimal response to the ever-changing behaviour of customers, who want to be able to interact through the (digital) channel of their choice in any place and at any time.
